Yes. New patients need a referral from their primary care physician, sent by fax to (707) 980-6692 or through EPIC. Once it is sent, call (707) 980-6636 to schedule.

The Vallejo office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, patients are seen at our Walnut Creek office.
