Neurology and pain management services
Integrated Neurology & Pain Management (INPM) offers neurological evaluation and treatment, in-office diagnostic testing, procedures for headache and pain, and independent medical opinions. Care is provided by neurologists and physician assistants at two offices, in Walnut Creek and Vallejo, California. New patients need a referral from their primary care physician, sent by fax or EPIC.
We offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment for general neurological conditions, with diagnostic testing and procedures done in our offices.

Start with a referral from your doctor
New patients are seen by referral. Your primary care physician can fax the referral to (707) 980-6692 or send it through EPIC, and our office will call you to schedule.
