Insurance plans we accept
INPM accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Health Net and several HMO medical groups. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm that your plan is contracted with INPM before your visit.

How do you confirm your coverage?
Before your visit, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and confirm that your specific plan is contracted with Integrated Neurology & Pain Management (INPM) or with our providers. If you have an HMO plan, your medical group may also need to authorize the visit.

01Is my plan accepted if my insurance company is on the list?
Not always. Each insurance company offers many plans, and only some may be contracted with INPM. Call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask whether your specific plan covers visits with INPM or its providers.
02Do you accept Medi-Cal?
We accept Partnership Health Plan Medi-Cal for patients in Solano County only. Other Medi-Cal plans are not on our list of accepted plans.

Start with a referral from your doctor
New patients are seen by referral. Your primary care physician can fax the referral to (707) 980-6692 or send it through EPIC, and our office will call you to schedule.
